Concord Cranes awarded ISO 45001:2018 Certification
In early 2019, Concord Cranes started preparing themselves for a group wide audit for the ISO45001: 2018 certification. This re-certification symbolises our commitment to own and operate a fleet of safe, compliant and reliable equipment.
The process comprised of the development of a centralized online Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) that had to be accessible, understood and practiced by the relevant individuals within the group. It was then a case of rolling out the system across the various levels within the organization; ensuring it was carried out accurately and timeously. Numerous internal audits were conducted in order to prepare for compliance evaluations.
During November 2019, our branches and operational sites were evaluated for compliance. Our teams were actively involved throughout the process and in December 2019, Concord Cranes obtained re-certification for ISO 45001:2018 with great success.
We are fully committed to maintaining and updating our OHSMS to ensure trust and safety in all that we do for our clients.
